الاعتراض والمراجعة

رفع الخلاف مع إدارة المدرسة إلى وزارة التربية-

مراجعة القضاء المختص أو المجلس التحكيمي التربوي-

الطعن بالزيادات غير القانونية على الأقساط-

حماية التلامذة

الاعتراض على أي إجراء تعسفي بحق التلامذة بسبب خلاف مع الأهالي-

منع فرض أعباء غير قانونية (كتب، نقل، نشاطات إلزامية)-

التمثيل

الانتساب إلى اتحادات لجان الأهل-

تمثيل الأهالي أمام الجهات الرسمية-

Parents' Committee Rights

The Parents’ Committee is entitled to participate in matters concerning the school’s financial affairs, including reviewing and providing input on the budget and tuition fees. It has the authority to object to unlawful or unjustified increases, address disputes with the school administration through the appropriate official channels, safeguard students from unfair treatment or improper charges, and represent parents before educational and governmental authorities.
