Complaints
The Parents’ Committee invites all parents and guardians to engage in constructive cooperation in the best interest of our students, by submitting complaints and feedback when needed in a responsible and purposeful manner.
We emphasize that submitting complaints is not a negative act; rather, it is a fundamental means of correcting the course and improving the educational environment. Every observation or concern raised objectively and respectfully contributes to identifying challenges and addressing them in cooperation with the school administration and the relevant parties.
The Parents’ Committee affirms that transparency and open dialogue are the foundation for developing the school and enhancing the quality of education. We therefore encourage parents not to hesitate in making their voices heard, while ensuring that complaints are clear, well-documented, and focused on the students’ best interests above all else.

الشكاوى
تدعو لجنة الأهل جميع أولياء الأمور إلى التعاون البنّاء لما فيه مصلحة أبنائنا الطلاب، وذلك من خلال التقدّم بالشكاوى والملاحظات عند الحاجة بطريقة مسؤولة وهادفة ۔
مع التأكيد أن تقديم الشكاوى ليس عملاً سلبياً، بل هو وسيلة أساسية لتصويب المسار وتحسين البيئة التعليمية. فكل ملاحظة أو اعتراض يُطرح بموضوعية واحترام يساهم في كشف التحديات والعمل على معالجتها بالتعاون مع إدارة المدرسة والجهات المعنية ۔
وإذ تؤكد لجنة الأهل أن الشفافية والحوار هما أساس تطوير المدرسة والارتقاء بالمستوى التعليمي، تحثّ أولياء الطلاب على عدم التردد في إيصال أصواتكم، مع الحرص على أن تكون الشكاوى واضحة، موثّقة، وتركّز على مصلحة الطلاب قبل أي اعتبار آخر ۔
